Details
Operating System (OS) upgrades have been released for these Carrier/Phones:
Sprint/Hero - 2.1-update 1
Verizon/Eris - 2.1
T-Mobile/BlackBerry Bold 9700 - v5.0.0.586
Check the carrier’s website or in-store personnel for how to obtain and apply the OS upgrade. Once the phone’s OS has been upgraded, CellSafety can be installed. Step-by-step Install Guides are available under the Support tab on websafety.com.
